Hi Everyone…for those don’t know, I was exposed at work to the rona and was tested on March 23rd. I was confirmed positive on March 24th. My symptoms lasted about 12 days and I spent about 16 days quarantined on the RV and Jordana Young Latkovic and the kids were also under quarantine in the house for 14 days but never had symptoms. Below is a list of items I took to help with the symptoms. Jordana did all the research and its up to you to do the same. This worked for me, so if you or a loved one has the rona you need to listen to your body. Hospitals can also give Vitamin C IV, melatonin and zinc and if you are in the hospital push for it. One thing I would probably have added is tonic water which contains quinine.(sounds like…)
My daily regimen
10,000 mg of liposomal vitamin c (I worked up to this amount. You take as much as your gut can handle.)
1 capsule of vitamin d3 with k2
1 capsule of quercetin1 dose of zinc in am and pm
2 capsules of viru sure5 tablets of amino acids
2 tablespoons of tart cherry juice concentrate in water right before bed. (For natural melatonin production) I also took sips of this during the day during days 6 to 11 while the respiratory symptoms persisted.
I used a nasal spray to wash out my nose 3 times a day.
Bryonia 30c for body aches
I drank hot water with lemon and salt 3 x a day.
I did lung PT about every hour when I was awake.
I did not take nsaids or Tylenol at any point.
If you learn about the virus and how it survives in bats you will know that a high fever is needed.

My symptoms were initially a low grade fever which spiked numerous times at night over 4 days. My highest temp was 105.3. I had insane body aches, headache that felt like my head was gonna pop and a really sensitive scalp. I then had a period of 2 days of low grade fever where I felt OK again. No runny nose or cough. Then the respiratory issues popped up which was about 5 days. My fever was still low grade. I would get winded walking to the porch to get food or when I’d talk too long to Jordana and the kids on video chat. I never had an issue breathing but it felt like my body wasn’t using the oxygen I was breathing in. Along with this I had night sweats. Then when I woke up on day 11 or 12 I felt completely different. Fever was gone, I was no where near being fully recovered but I knew it had passed. I then had to wait 3 days to make sure no symptoms returned. So I am still dealing with issues of being winded. Having had a triple pulmonary embolism in 2009 and resultant lung function decrease i am just hoping to get back to my normal. Biggest amount of love i can give to Jordana for being quarantined by herself with 2 kids while I was on vacation and making me all my meals and making sure I was OK.If you have any questions ask below.
