What a short travel day. It was awesome! We took our time at Sunshine Key and were able to have a late checkout at 3 pm. Well worth the $25 for the 4 extra hours. We weren’t rushed to leave and we were able to swim in the pool one last time and take our time packing up. For this travel day I drove the RV and Jordana drove the Jeep with Aurelia and Odin. There was no need to tow the Jeep as it was only a 55 minute drive and we’d just have to disconnect again once at Boyd’s. They actually recommend disconnecting before arriving. Take our word for it, don’t pull in connected. It’s a tight arrival area. We are settling in and going to visit our friends in Key West to start exploring.
