After changing the design for the Jeep Overland Tailgate Cargo Carrier a few times, I finally settled on a good design. I avoided welding to the hinges and made it removable if I need it to be. It’s 100% for now, to test and use and then I will finalize it once I decide on a few final touches. I am around $200 invested after picking up the steel scrap tubing from my local shop and getting stainless steel bolts, nuts and washers from my hardware store.
