Day 12 of quarantine….it was a rough stretch for a few days due to the onset of respiratory issues. I thought I was kind of in the clear for a few days, but looks ike I got the more serious version. With my lung issues that I have, it probably wasn’t a shock. Overall it wasn’t horrible, I just had to listen to my body and really take it easy and rest. Body position was a big one for me. I was always laying on my right side and that seemed to be the best for me. Walking around was too hard as I would get winded and need to sit down. Talking for too long on the phone or video chat with Jordana and the kids would cause kind of a spasm and I would need time to recoup. I never felt like I couldn’t breathe, just that the oxygen I was taking in wasn’t working.
