Fixing Our Broken Ford Exhaust Manifold Studs with ProMaxx Tools – Everything Else Failed!

Ford engines are notorious for snapping off exhaust manifold studs and our RV was no different. Our drivers side had one stud snapped off and our passenger side had three. In the process of removing our passenger side exhaust manifold I snapped 3 more. In total there were 7 studs that needed removal. All the usual methods failed. I tried heat, pb blaster and welding nuts to the end of the stud to back them out. No luck. Luckily I found @promaxxtools7269 and their Rocky Kit made for our Ford v10. If you plan to undertake this repair yourself you may need this kit. It was a lifesaver for me.
